Mr Mulvie is based within the Glasgow office where his day-to-day work covers the catchment areas of the West, Central and South-West of Scotland.

He joined the team in 2016, with a focus on commercial valuation in the office, retail, industrial and commercial land sectors. He undertakes surveys for a wide range of requirements such as asset valuations, bank loan security and pension fund transactions, in addition to a variety of private client work.

Promoting Mr Mulvie allows him to have a greater involvement in assisting with the running of the Glasgow and West team on a daily basis, In his new role, he will also be assisting with various valuation projects whilst taking greater involvement in business development, client interaction and promotion of our services.
