Gilson Gray expands corporate team with two senior appointments
Gilson Gray has reinforced its corporate team with the appointment of two new solicitors.
Donald Lawrie Morrison, a senior solicitor based in the firm’s Aberdeen office, joins from Squire Patton Boggs in London where his practice focused on multi-sectoral UK and international M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Morgen Opala, a solicitor based in the firm’s Dundee office, joins from Blackwood Partners in Aberdeen where she had experience in private equity backed transactions, M&A and banking and finance transactions predominantly in the energy sector.
