Fresh new image for French Duncan recovery team

The service will offer tailored debt solutions for individuals and businesses seeking support and will be led by partner and head of restructuring and debt advisory, Eileen Blackburn, together with, Brian Milne and Linda Barr, along with a highly skilled senior management team with experience in insolvency, legal services and banking.

French Duncan advises on all aspects of personal insolvency, from sequestrations to trust deeds, as well as corporate insolvency processes.

The team also has extensive investigation and restructuring skills to assist a variety of stakeholders, including directors, lenders, private investors and creditors.
