Entrepreneurial Scotland opens applications for fifth cohort of The Exchange
Entrepreneurial Scotland is seeking ambitious business leaders to join the fifth cohort of its highly regarded peer support programme, The Exchange, launching this March.
Since its inception, The Exchange has brought together Scotland’s founders, directors, and CEOs to connect, collaborate and grow through shared insights and experiences.
Sean McGrath, CEO of Entrepreneurial Scotland, said: “The Exchange has become a vital resource for Scotland’s most ambitious business leaders.
“By creating a trusted space for collaboration and shared learning, it empowers participants to overcome challenges, seize new opportunities, and drive their business forward.”
The Exchange is designed to address the most common challenges faced by business leaders in Scotland, such as access to meaningful peer support, practical leadership insights, and valuable networking opportunities.
Each board brings together 12 carefully curated leaders who meet regularly throughout the year to exchange ideas, tackle challenges, and explore opportunities for growth. Members also gain exclusive mentoring from industry experts, as well as access to networking events featuring Scotland’s top entrepreneurs.
Recent boards have had the privilege of connecting with iconic Scottish business leaders including William Haughey OBE, Joseph Healy (Founder, Judo Bank) and Alan Jope CBE (former CEO of Unilever), offering members unique opportunities to learn from some of Scotland’s most influential business figures.
The next board will launch this March at a private overnight retreat at Carlowrie Castle. Applications are now open here.
