Edinburgh R&D tax relief specialists appoints new finance director
Edinburgh-based R&D tax relief specialist Jumpstart has appointed Chartered Accountant Andrew Taylor as its new finance director.
Mr Taylor will take responsibility for all financial matters within the business, supporting Jumpstart’s UK-wide growth strategy.
A fully qualified Chartered Accountant who initially trained with Tenon, Mr Taylor joins from Dalmore Capital, where he served as financial controller during a period of significant growth.
Prior to that he spent 12 years with AIM-listed oil and gas company Petroceltic, where he was international group manager of strategic planning, focused on Middle East and North Africa operations.
Jumpstart’s managing director Scott Henderson said: “Andrew is a very welcome addition to our team as we target further growth across the UK. He brings formidable experience, which we aim to leverage across our business, of working with multi-discipline senior management teams to deliver on company strategy.”
