Edinburgh Airport celebrates Transavia’s new service between Edinburgh and Rotterdam
Edinburgh Airport celebrated the inaugural flight of Transavia’s new service between Edinburgh and Rotterdam on Friday.

The inaugural flight saw the Merchiston Senior Pipe Band welcoming passengers to Scotland.

The aircraft touched down in the capital last night (Thurs 27 Feb) and will initially operate on Thursdays and Sundays on a Boeing 737-800. In April, it will then go to 4x times weekly (Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays).
