With over 24 years of expertise in corporate law, Mr Kirkwood joins DWF as a corporate partner after nearly 15 years at Pinsent Masons.

He brings extensive experience in advising international clients and leading on large-scale M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures and reorganisations within the energy sector.
