Data Protection action launched to force publication of RBS GRG report

Pressure is continuing to mount on the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to release in full the contents of its findings on the conduct of Royal Bank of Scotland’s controversial Global Restructuring Group after a legal action was launched for disclosure of the findings under the Data Protection Act (DPA).
