Crondall Energy and DA Calder secure spaces at 10 Bothwell Street
Scottish property firm SRE Group, formerly known as Standard Real Estate Ltd, has confirmed two fresh lettings at 10 Bothwell Street in Glasgow’s city centre.
Crondall Energy Consultants, an independent consultancy for offshore energy projects, and DA Calder, an independent financial adviser offering investment services, retirement planning, insurance and mortgage advice, have both signed up to the newly-renovated ‘Cat A’ third floor of the building.
This expansion will see them share the workspace with existing tenants – digital agency Everyone and market research entity, Progressive Partnership. The third floor has been recently transformed under the ‘SRE Complete’ initiative, offering a seamless ‘walk-in’ experience with designated breakout areas and meeting rooms. Additionally, the entrance of the building has been given a fresh look.
Other notable occupants of the building encompass Ossian Wind Farm, DM Hall, and Begbies Traynor, whilst MALO wine bar has recently opened its doors on the ground floor.
A single suite, covering 1,700 sq ft, remains available on the third floor. Ideally, this can accommodate a 20 to 25-person office, including meeting rooms. If required, this office can be sub-divided to provide suites from 250 sq ft.
John Grewar, who manages letting activity for the SRE Group, said: “We are delighted to announce Crondall Energy and DA Calder as new tenants of our new third floor refurbishment at 10 Bothwell Street.
“The summer is traditionally a quieter time for businesses looking for new space, so to be announcing new tenants over the summer months illustrates the strong demand in Glasgow for interesting, top-quality and very central workspace that’s also flexible and well suited to collaboration.”
