Mr McAdam, who has been part of the Craig Corporate team since 2019, will continue to lead the firm’s service provision. Recently, he was engaged as the interim CFO for a post-series C high-growth B2B SaaS business providing financial leadership and stability. In addition, Mr McAdam has led the successful provision of financial due diligence for deals totalling over £50 million, as well as buy-side advisory and capital raising services.
