Coutts' Siobhan Boylan to join abrdn as CFO

Abrdn plc has announced the appointment of Siobhan Boylan as its new chief financial officer (CFO) and executive director, pending regulatory approval

Ms Boylan, currently CFO of Coutts & Co and a non-executive director at Jupiter Fund Management plc, is expected to join the company during the summer.

Bringing over thirty years’ experience and significant knowledge from across the financial services sector, prior to Coutts & Co, Ms Boylan was CFO of Brewin Dolphin (a constituent of the FTSE 250 until its acquisition in 2022), CFO of the asset management subsidiary of Legal & General, LGIM, and held various senior finance roles at Aviva plc.

Ian Jenkins will continue in the role of Interim Group CFO until Siobhan Boylan joins the Company.
