Mr Ali was previously a solicitor with Lindsays between April 2021 and August 2023. He has experience in all areas of corporate law, with clients including international enterprises, high-growth companies and SMEs.

He said: “I am delighted to be back at Lindsays, taking the next step in my career. I have been around businesses my entire life and have a real passion for helping them to succeed.

“My family runs its own business in the convenience sector and this naturally led me to corporate law. I particularly enjoy working for owner-managers and learning about their businesses.”
