Ms Clark joins from the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS), where she developed extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and financial crime cases including fraud, money laundering, bribery and corruption and regulatory offences. Her work has included a number of high-profile, large and complex investigations and prosecutions, as well as key civil recovery cases.

In her new role, Ms Clark will work closely with Edinburgh-based disputes resolution partner Colin Hutton and with the wider UK-wide corporate and financial crime team.
