CMS appoints new partner to Scottish ICE disputes practice

CMS has strengthened its infrastructure, construction and energy disputes (ICE disputes) offering with the appointment of Caroline Maciver as partner in its Edinburgh office.

Ms Maciver, who joins the firm from Burness Paull, has 20 years’ experience leading on large, complex disputes in the private and public sectors. Her practice includes advising main contractors, developers and housebuilders on a wide range of contract advisory and disputes work, Building Safety Act issues as well as on renewable energy.
