Central Investment appoints operations & human resources manager

Independent financial advisers Central Investment has further strengthened its team with the appointment of Doreen Baley.

Mrs Baley joins Central Investment as operations and human resources (HR) manager, boasting more than 28 years’ experience in the finance sector.

Prior to joining, Mrs Baley held the position of operations leader at insurance broking and risk management service company, Marsh, where she was responsible for three separate sites across Scotland.



Her experience has also seen her involved in acquiring and integrating three companies and opening a new office with a newly recruited team.

Mrs Baley said: “I am thrilled to be joining Central Investment as operations and HR manager; the company has a great culture and reputation.

“My aim is to support and provide the best opportunities to all Central Investment employees, which in turn will provide real long-term benefits to our clients.”

In addition to Mrs Baley’s appointment, Central Investment has recently also recruited two wealth management administrators to further increase its client service capabilities.
