Cazenove Capital, Schroders’ UK HNW wealth management business, has announced a partnership with Entrepreneurial Scotland, reinforcing its commitment to the growth and innovation within Scotland’s business sector.
Entrepreneurial Scotland is an independent charity with over twenty years’ experience helping individuals build the mindset and connections they need to accelerate growth and make an impact. Recognising the crucial role that entrepreneurs play in fostering economic prosperity, Cazenove Capital has long recognised and enabled a virtuous circle where today’s successful entrepreneurs directly empower and support the next generation.
As part of this partnership, Cazenove Capital will support business leaders through Entrepreneurial Scotland’s peer support programme, The Exchange. Designed to boost self-confidence, challenge thinking, and foster meaningful connections, The Exchange connects its members through trusted peer groups and exclusive events.
It also offers access to a network of Scotland’s most influential business figures, such as Alan Jope, former CEO of Unilever, who shared his insights at a recent private dinner hosted by Cazenove Capital for Exchange members. The programme aims to play a vital role in helping Scottish leaders navigate challenges, while building the network and connections they need to succeed.
With its dedicated team of experts who specialise in advising business owners and entrepreneurs at various stages of their journey, from start up to exit, Cazenove Capital is uniquely positioned to support Entrepreneurial Scotland’s expanding network of over 100 ambitious Scottish leaders. Members will be able to access impartial, free advice, one to one support and connections through the partnership.
Bob Hair, regional head of Scotland, Cazenove Capital, said: “We are delighted to partner with Entrepreneurial Scotland to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs scaling businesses in Scotland.
“Our broad network includes many successful entrepreneurs who are keen to share their knowledge and experience. By facilitating connections among entrepreneurs, we aim to foster relationships that stimulate support and encourage shared success.”
Cazenove Capital, with its dedicated team for business owners and entrepreneurs and years of experience advising exceptionally talented individuals through business growth, sale preparation, and new opportunities, understands the unique challenges faced by business owners – from start-up to exit. Having assisted many who have navigated this path, the team is uniquely positioned to support Entrepreneurial Scotland in their mission to accelerate growth and make a meaningful impact by developing tomorrow’s high performing entrepreneurs in Scotland.
