Campbell Dallas appoints new tax partner
Campbell Dallas has announced that Craig Coyle has been promoted to Tax Partner.
Mr Coyle, who is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Chartered Accountant, has advised a broad range of owner managed businesses and large multinational groups on tax issues and solutions for more than 15 years.
He has particular expertise advising on transactions and international matters, and regularly advises clients on the tax efficient restructuring of corporate groups, demergers and Entrepreneurs’ Relief for shareholders.
He is also a member of tax committees at both ICAS and the Law Society of Scotland.
