Established in the summer of 2021, CAM Ventures has developed a varied portfolio of ‘hospitality-adjacent’ investments which include the newly opened Angus Grill + Larder and recently launched ready-to-drink cocktails brand Angels Dare.

The appointment is the first for the group, and comes ahead of further expansion for CAM Ventures, which is looking ahead to opening a brand-new male grooming concept in Dundee this summer among further projects. With a background in international hospitality, Penny wither previously worked as commercial director at Lov Events, working closely with the company’s founders, as well gaining extensive experience working in the Middle East.

Speaking of her appointment, CAM Ventures managing director Will Macpherson, said: “It’s an incredibly exciting period of growth for the company, and bringing Penny onboard will allow CAM Ventures to continue to grow as she brings her expertise to the role.
