In his new position, Mr Cox will continue to focus on all aspects of corporate law with a specialism in M&A.

He has experience working on numerous high-profile corporate deals and has also recently acted for a number of BTO’s clients in the charities sector. His positivity and sense of humour are welcomed by clients and colleagues alike at every stage of the process.

Mr Cox said: “I am pleased to be joining the partnership at what feels like an exciting time.

“My primary aims will be to help shape BTO’s corporate offering in Edinburgh, to support existing and new clients and to assist in driving the firm’s strategy for growth.”
