Edinburgh-based Bruce is an experienced relationship director in the Scottish property market and his career also includes 30 years of progressively senior roles at Bank of Scotland and within Lloyds Banking Group. He has overseen more than £350m of lending to property developers and investors in Scotland and northern England.

With strong contacts across the Scottish real estate industry, he will focus on helping developers building in the residential, student and care sectors.

Supporting Atelier’s chief originations officer Martin Gilsenan, Bruce will work with professional property developers and finance intermediaries across Scotland in his new role as Atelier’s first dedicated lending manager for the Scottish market.
