Brightwater appoints Carron Henley to its advisory board
Retail water supplier Brightwater has appointed former Standard Life Bank employee Carron Henley to its advisory board.
Ms Henley will provide guidance and support to the Brightwater’s executive team as it focuses on further growth across the Scottish retail water market.
After a 13 year spell with Standard Life Bank, Ms Henley joined Spotless Commercial Cleaning in an HR and finance role in 2012 and has been gradually promoted to her current senior management position within the business.
Her appointment to Brightwater’s advisory board coincides with three additional staff hires at its Musselburgh headquarters.
James Paterson has also been recruited as credit controller, bringing more than 20 years’ experience within a number of industries including property, construction, financial services and retail.
Meanwhile, Sasha Kenny has joined the firm as a contracts administrator and Eryn Irving has been recruited as support executive in water operations.
Brightwater was set up by its managing director Rich Rankin and Spotless Commercial Cleaning founder Roger Green.
Its board includes chairman Steve Langmead, a former chief executive of Capita Scotland and existing non-executive director at IT firm Commsworld.
Rich Rankin, managing director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Carron to our advisory board. She has a wealth of financial management, particularly credit control, experience as well as a strong HR background which will really benefit the business going forward.
“Carron’s appointment along with the three new recruits to our head office team are part of our continued investment in customer service as we focus on further growth of the business.”
