Brewin Dolphin appoints Johnny McGlynn as head of office for Edinburgh
Brewin Dolphin has appointed Johnny McGlynn as its new head of office for Edinburgh.
Mr McGlynn joined Brewin Dolphin in 2009 as head of financial planning for Edinburgh, a role he held for five years before becoming head of business development and growth for the office. Johnny graduated from Edinburgh University before qualifying as a financial planner.
He takes over from Marc Wilkinson who is now regional managing director – Scotland overseeing the Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen offices as well as performing his groupwide head of wealth governance role.

Johnny has helped drive our financial planning, business development and growth in new funds and client numbers.
