This move marks a major step in the firm’s strategy, positioning it as a key SME-focused accountancy provider across Scotland.

These acquisitions come just six months after BK Plus entered the Scottish market. The firm now operates seven offices across Glasgow, Dundee, Falkirk, Perth, and Pitlochry, employing over 150 staff in Scotland as part of a UK-wide team exceeding 600.

This growth is part of a national strategy to provide practical, expert support to SMEs – delivered through local teams with deep ties to the communities they serve.

The expansion also includes bringing together the firm’s existing Dundee team with Bird Simpson, less than four miles apart. The integration will create one of the largest accountancy teams in Dundee, offering enhanced resources to local businesses.
