Mr McPherson brings significant experience in Scotland’s M&A market. He joins from BDO, where he was a deal advisory partner and led the firm’s Scottish M&A team for over seven years, specialising in advising mid-market, scaling businesses. Prior to BDO, Mr McPherson spent 11 years in banking, including roles in leveraged finance with Lloyds Banking Group and RBS, where he led the leveraged finance business in Aberdeen.
