Begbies Traynor acquires Ernest Wilson for £5.6m
Begbies Traynor has acquired the Leeds-headquartered firm Ernest Wilson in a deal worth up to £5.6 million.
Begbies Traynor, which has five offices in Scotland, has obtained Ernest Wilson which operates sectors ranging from food outlets and convenience stores to care homes, restaurants and hotels.
