BDO announces Glasgow partner appointment

Accountants BDO have announced the promotion of Mark McCluskey to partner in the audit department at the firm’s Glasgow office.

Mr McCluskey trained in BDO’s Glasgow office and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003.

He has completed a number of secondments at BDO’s London and Toronto offices and at Scottish Enterprise.

Working for clients across a variety of sectors, he has a particular interest in manufacturing and technology and media.

He has extensive experience of international reporting under IFRS and US GAAP. Mark is the Scottish FRS 102 champion building on expertise gained from assisting UK and Canadian companies on the transition to new GAAP.
