Barclays grows Scottish wealth management team with new hire

Barclays has hired Alexandra Mancini as wealth manager, bolstering its wealth & investments team in Scotland to support business growth.

As well as looking after clients in the east of Scotland, Ms Mancini will have a remit for growing the bank’s entrepreneurial, SME and charity customer base.

She joins Barclays from Tilney, where she was a business development executive responsible for driving growth and developing new commercial opportunities.



Prior to that she was a corporate advisor for FEX Group, and is a qualified solicitor in her native Australia.

Ms Mancini founded and is currently Chair of the Institute of Directors Scotland Young Directors Forum.

Since its launch in 2014, she has led the delivery of its programme for Scotland’s emerging directors, intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs. This includes facilitating access to business expertise, mentoring and networking opportunities.
