Bancon Group appoints Andrew Tweedie as first CFO ahead of 50th anniversary

Andrew Tweedie has been appointed to the newly created role of chief financial officer (CFO) at Bancon Group, as the Aberdeenshire-based business reshapes its leadership team with several appointments.

As part of the new leadership structure, Bob McAlpine has also been appointed executive chairman, while Andrew Tweedie will oversee all financial, investment, and corporate matters as CFO.

Jamie Tosh will continue as managing director of Bancon Homes & Construction, and David Crawford will remain managing director of Deeside Timberframe.



The Aberdeenshire-based group has also announced two internal promotions with Jim Campbell named construction director for Bancon Homes & Bancon Construction, and Donna Fraser becoming Bancon Group HR director.

Joining the leadership team as sales director for Bancon Homes is Tanya Fowlie, who brings extensive experience in housebuilding, construction, and leadership from her previous roles with prominent homebuilders.
