Baker Tilly strengthens corporate finance practice in Aberdeen

Professional services firm Baker Tilly has strengthened its corporate finance team in Aberdeen with two senior appointments to support and deliver its current pipeline of transactions across the North East of Scotland.

Tom Faichnie joins as a corporate finance partner and Ian McDonald is appointed associate director.

The two new appointments join Ewan Grant, head of corporate finance in Scotland and associate director Connor Agnew, who both established the corporate finance team in Aberdeen last year.

Baker Tilly has successfully completed a number of deals in Aberdeen including advising on the successful management buy-out of RigQuip International and providing due diligence services to Praesidian Capital Europe on the acquisition of the Helideck Certification Agency Limited by a group of private investors.
