This session will provide an opportunity to share thoughts from the last two years on the theme of ‘Resilience, Recovery and Rebuilding in the Public Sector’.

Azets will be joined by a panel of guest speakers, including Jeane Freeman, former cabinet secretary for health & sport, Peter Reekie, chief executive of Scottish Futures Trust and Jude McCorry, chief executive of Scottish Business Resilience Centre.

The purpose of the forum is to help Non-Executive Directors maximise effectiveness through the sharing of experience, insight, and good practice. The forum will also provide discussion on ideas to help shape the performance and outcomes for teams in the Public Sector.
