Simon Quinn

Mr Quinn joins from Lloyds where he has spent the last decade in a variety of roles from head of regional sales, area director, head of SME trade and relationship director. He brings with him a wealth of SME lending and sales experience to the role. He will predominantly be covering the Glasgow area, but will also be available to businesses in the rest of Scotland and also the North of England.

His appointment comes during a period of growth for Assetz, who posted a record month of lending for 2022 in July, and who have added numerous key recent appointments to their team, including Managing Director Andrew Charnley and Head of Lending Operations Irene Thomas.

Mr Quinn said: “I’m really excited to be joining Assetz Capital at this time of growth. I’m most looking forward to supporting property professionals through our ‘real world lending’ approach. I’m keen to speak to property investors and landlords that are looking to expand and grow, as that is where my expertise lies. I can’t wait to get started.”
