As a result, the growing company has bolstered its management team with the appointment of Andrew Wilson as a new director.

The firm officially merged with Surrey-based accountancy practice, Ambly Accountants Limited, in December. The strategic union brings together the two accountancy firms, reinforcing Acumen’s commitment to further growth and expansion on the back of its recent acquisition of Aberdeen-based accountancy firm, Graeme Munro and Company.

Ambly Accountants Ltd was founded by Mr Wilson in 2017. He is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and accomplished financial director, experienced in overseeing businesses with turnovers of over £60 million.

The merged entity, operating from the existing premises in Surrey, welcomes three new members, including Mr Wilson, to the Acumen team, bringing the overall headcount to 45.
