Elvis Presley’s blue suede shoes are expected to sell at an upcoming auction for £120,000.

The singer wore the shoes both on and off stage in the 1950s. He acquired them after recording the hit some ‘Blue Suede Shoes’ for his debut album in 1956.

Presley later gave the shoes away the night before his induction into the US army in 1958, Sky News reports.



The footwear will go under the hammer on Friday at auctioneers Henry Aldridge & Son in Wiltshire.
