And finally… just like that
Two fezzes which are believed to have belonged to comedian Tommy Cooper are set to go up for auction.
The signed hats were given to a family who now live in Norfolk, by the star in a Greek restaurant in london.
The hats are signed “Tommy Cooper” and dated 1965. They are expected to fetch £1,000 at Saturday’s auction, BBC News reports.
Mark Nelson-Griffiths, auctioneer with The Rostrum, said: “I suspect Tommy Cooper had a stack of these in his car and when he wanted to say thank you to anyone, he probably got one out, stuck it on his head for a few seconds and then signed it.”
