And finally… Chinese fortune
A China Southern Airlines flight was delayed over four hours on Wednesday after a passenger threw coins into one of the engines for supposed good luck.
Flight CZ8805, from Sanya to Beijing, was scheduled to depart at 10am local time on 6 March but did not take off until around 2:16pm. State media videos show a flight attendant questioning a passenger who admitted throwing three to five coins at the engine, CNN reports.
The passenger was taken away by airport police. While coins were found during security checks, the airline determined after inspection that the plane was safe to fly.
