In a remarkable display of canine dexterity and intelligence, Leo, a two-year-old working cocker spaniel from Scotland, has secured a place in the Guinness World Records.
Using his impressive mouth coordination skills, Leo managed to deposit an astounding 23 coins into a piggy bank within just 60 seconds.
The unique feat, which took place in Aberdeen in February this year, sees Leo breaking the world record for “the most coins deposited into a piggy bank by a dog in one minute”.
The noteworthy achievement was proudly announced on Leo’s personal Instagram page, where followers were thanked for their support throughout the rigorous application process.
“Leo has some very special news to share. He is now officially a Guinness World Record holder! He managed to put 23 10p coins in his piggy bank in one minute. Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen; there is a mammoth amount of paperwork and evidence required!” read the caption.
