The crisp shaped like a Charizard is being sold by auction house Goldin this month with potential buyers all ready bidding for the snack.

Bidding began on February 11 and the starting price was only $250 (about £198) but as of today, bids have reached up to $7,750 (c. £6,119).

The item is 3-inches long and affixed to a customized Pokémon card and encapsulated in a clear card storage box.

It was initially discovered and preserved sometime between 2018-2022 by 1st & Goal Collectibles. The Cheeto surged in popularity on social media platforms in late 2024.
