Steve Callaghan

Mr Callaghan has a considerable track record of growing and transforming businesses, specialising in software and services on an international scale.

He has held a number of chairman and CEO positions in both the public and private sectors over the last 25 years, and has previously been an FCA Approved Person while employed in the financial services sector.

His current roles include being senior independent director at Ceres Power Plc, and since 2016 being CEO at Northgate Public Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC Corporation.
