Nick Southwell

Mr Southwell has previously worked for large international businesses, mentored start-up companies in the technology sector, consulted with various FTSE 100 companies and government, as well as a number of private equity-backed businesses.

His appointment as CFO, based in Aberdeen, follows the company’s recent hire of Steve Callaghan as non-executive director and chairman.

Mr Southwell said: “I’m thrilled to be appointed as the new CFO at activpayroll and I’m really looking forward to working with the team.
