ABL Business expands Scottish team

ABL Business, the Yorkshire-based business support consultancy offering commercial finance and marketing support to SMEs, has expanded its team operating north of the border.

After setting up a second office in Glasgow last November on the back of its most successful year in Scotland, the firm has announced the appointment of Jason Mcleod having identified “increased opportunity to support SMEs in Scotland”.

Mr Mcleod, who joins from Business Financial Solutions Scotland, will provide a “full mix of commercial finance service” and assist Scottish SMEs in raising the funds to trade, grow or stabilise the business.

Based in Glasgow, ABL said his experience in banking and business development gives him the great mix of insight to help any SME whether it be in funding or business advice.

Mr Mcleod said: “Becoming an Appointed Representative of ABL Business really allows me to provide the SMEs that I work with a service that is missing in Scotland. Business Financial Solutions Scotland is looking to provide just that; full business financial solutions. In addition to commercial finance we also provide terminal services, telecommunications and IT support, tax planning and support for businesses facing challenging or distressed times.”
