AAB reveals three key senior promotions

The Partners at Aberdeen-based AAB have announced the promotion of three members of their management team to senior manager positions.

Jill Walker, a member of AAB’s Private Client Team where she focuses on managing the tax affairs of partnerships and individuals, including individuals who require advice around residence and domicile, has made the step up.

She is also part of AAB’s specialist Expertise to Entrepreneurs (‘E2’) team where she provides entrepreneurial tax advice concentrating on tax efficient business structuring and remuneration.

Andrew Dines, a senior member of AAB’s Wealth Team of Chartered Financial Planners has also been promoted.

He is a specialist qualified to advise in key areas such as Defined Benefit pensions, Estate Planning and has developed AAB’s EIS and VCT propositions,.

His principal role is providing personalised planning support, liaising with tax specialists across the wider business, helping clients navigate the complex world of investment, tax and wealth management.

Finally, Katy Burr, a specialist within AAB’s Integrated Employment Solutions team and who head’s-up the firm’s UK and Global Payroll offering will join Ms Walker and Mr Dines in the firm’s senior management team.

She is a previous winner of the ‘Payroll Manager of the Year’ award at the prestigious Payroll World Awards.
