AAB appoints new tax director
Aberdeen-based accountancy firm Anderson Anderson & Brown (AAB) has announced the appointment of Kevin Meaney as tax director.
Mr Meaney brings extensive knowledge within the field of taxation to AAB having gained a broad experience spanning corporates, groups, partnerships, management buyouts, private equity, M&A and share scheme implementation.
This has been gained from senior roles with HM Revenue & Customs and within practice, at big four, national and independent firms.
Mr Meaney’s particular area of expertise is within providing accounting and advisory advice and support to entrepreneurial clients across areas such as EIS, entrepreneurs relief, COP9 HMRC tax investigations, M&A, corporate restructurings and demergers.
