The music star, businessman and actor no longer has a penny to his name — after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten told 50 Cent that he had to disclose details of his finances.

Although his net worth was estimated at $155 million by Forbes magazine in May, he told the court his assets and debts were in the range of $10 million to $50 million.

He was recently ordered to pay $5 million after a jury ruled against him in a case concerned a leaked sex tape.
