The strategic move combines 3t’s technological expertise with ALL STOP!’s practical training, enhancing their offering in the US market.

ALL STOP!, a multimillion-dollar business based in Houston and Houma, has seen rapid growth since its founding in 2018. 3t, renowned for issuing over 100,000 certificates annually, serves diverse industries globally and is a leader in the UK’s energy and offshore wind sectors.

Backed by Bluewater, 3t’s projected run-rate revenues are nearing $100 million (around £78m). This acquisition follows 3t’s recent $100m financing through bonds on the Norwegian Stock Market, supporting the firm’s growth trajectory.
