Unbranded Finance shortlisted for short-term lender of the year award

Edinburgh-based Unbranded Finance has been nominated as a finalist in the NACFB Patron Awards for 2021.

The awards recognise excellence in the lending community, with short-term and bridging finance providing an important function within the property industry in facilitating transactions so borrowers can implement their vision and investment strategies.

The firm, with offices in London and Edinburgh, has been short-listed in the “Short-term Lender of the Year” award category.

Oliver Holt, co-founder of Unbranded Finance, said: “Being shortlisted for this award in our second year of business is testament to the approach of Unbranded Finance in providing fast, flexible, and straightforward lending arrangements across a broad spectrum of sectors and loan sizes. As a team, we are open-minded towards the lending solutions we provided to our expanding client base and the broker market.”

The overall winners will be announced and presented with trophies at a gala dinner, to be held in November, at Westminster Park Plaza.
