The free event, the second in its From Resilience to Recovery series, will see digital experts and sustainability specialists present thoughts and ideas on how businesses in Scotland can prepare and what opportunities the current situation might offer.

Being led by Malcolm Buchanan, Royal Bank of Scotland’s Scotland Board chair and Susan Fouquier, the managing director for business banking in Scotland, the online session will see Stuart Kerr of Glasgow based Incremental Group share his thoughts on how organisations can best make use of digital technology to thrive in the digital age.

The webinar will also see contributions from the bank’s principal economist Stephen Blackman on how recent events might affect the Scottish economy, as well as the bank’s sustainability expert Rishi Madlani who will discuss how businesses can change their approach going forward.

Malcolm Buchanan said: “This is the second of our From Resilience to Recovery sessions and we hope that it will provide valuable insight and prove useful as we move out of the first reactionary phase of this crisis, into a more reflective and proactive phase.

“Recent months have shown the importance digital routes to market and communicating with staff can be and Interface Group are specialists in equipping businesses with these skills.

“Many business owners are considering what comes next for their business and how they want to do business and Rishi will offer some thoughts around this. We want to help business owners in Scotland get back up and running – in a safe and stable way.”

There is also a Q&A session too. The free event begins at 1400 on Tuesday, June 23 and the public can register here.
