Bryan Lord, a technology sector veteran with 30 years’ experience of running and growing global business consulting practices, has become the latest senior recruit to join Aberdeen-based Inoapps following his appointment as head of service delivery.

Prior to taking on this newly created role, Bryan Lord served as managing director for global technology business Configit. Before that, he spent nearly two decades at Infor, a global enterprise company providing business software products, where he was senior director of business consulting.

In his new role, Mr Lord will focus exclusively on delivering cutting-edge Oracle On-Premises and Oracle Cloud solutions for Inoapps’ growing EMEA client base.

Inoapps has also announced the appointment of Joel Broadbent as human capital management practice lead. He joins from Hitachi Consulting where he was closely involved in a number of significant global Oracle Cloud implementation projects.

Phil Burgess, managing director of Inoapps EMEA, said: “I’m delighted to welcome our new colleagues to the growing team at Inoapps. Bryan’s new role is to continue the high level of service our customers are now experiencing whilst developing our teams to leverage further global growth across the EMEA region. His background experience combined with his market knowledge, drive and enthusiasm makes him an ideal fit for our team.

“Joel is a key appointment within Bryan’s team. He will continue our success and focus on delivering high-quality HCM implementations, and further develop the Inoapps HCM strategy and roadmap.

“Despite this significantly challenging economic environment, Inoapps continues to invest in high-quality people as we grow our business throughout the EMEA region.”
