ESPC shortlisted for prestigious business accolade

ESPCProperty marketing experts ESPC have been shortlisted for a prestigious accolade in this year’s Scottish Business Awards.

The company, which comprises 141 member solicitor estate agents from across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders, is a finalist in the Business Innovation of the Year category.

It has been recognised for the development of a new school catchment search function available through its website, which was previously covered in Scottish Financial News.

For every property advertised within the capital, ESPC will show the four council catchment schools available; primary, RC primary, high school and RC high school.

Caroline Young, spokesperson for ESPC, said: “We’re delighted to have been shortlisted. The new search tool has only been in operation for a few months and to be in the running against established UK innovators is something we’re very proud of.

“Providing this new feature for customers throughout Fife and the Lothians is a huge advantage for many families looking to move home and ESPC is happy to be acknowledged for its commitment to outstanding customer care.”

The award winners will be unveiled at an awards ceremony sponsored by the Bank of Scotland at Edinburgh’s EICC on 12 November.
