Braveheart terminates Crowdcube partnership

BraveheartPerth-based Braveheart Investment Group has today announced that it is to terminate its partnership alternative financing platform Crowdcube.

A statement from Braveheart said that once two committed investments between the pair are finished, “it will henceforth not be working with Crowdcube either by way of the Crowdcube Venture Fund or by way of the London Co-investment Fund”.

In a further statement released today, Braveheart revealed that it will now be partnering with Seedrs Limited in “building and managing funds that will co-invest with third party investors on the Seedrs crowdfunding platform”.



Geoffrey Thomson, Braveheart chief executive, said: “Seedrs has the highest set of regulatory approvals and the same high investment standards as our own. We are delighted to be investing in Seedrs’ best prospects and to be bringing it investment opportunities in our portfolio which comprises around 150 companies.”
